Omg , What the heck is this???

SERIOUSLY?????? How could this possibly happen?????? Maybe it's the fault of the computer that this is all mixed up, but it must be a real person who sends out the books. I would think they would have picked up that it is two separate names and two separate addresses, but all mixed up together
